Get Healthy with the 13 Essential Vitamins Infographic



Cool and healthy infographic design, showing what foods contain the necessary vitamins we need for our day to day lives. Not surprisingly vegetables cover most of the vitamins we need but for all those wannabee vegetarians out there, don't be fooled, there are vitamins only present meat, fish and dairy like Vitamin D.  What is surprising, is the number of vitamin Bs there are, 8 on this chart alone, makes for confusing supplement purchases at Holland and Barret that's for sure!
